What you will learn
Update price, photos, or stock, or save a product as draft when you are not ready to sell.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- Open Products from the dashboard.
- Tap the product you want to change.
- Tap Edit — the form opens with Edit product in the title bar.
- Change any section (pricing, photos, variations, inventory).
- Tap Publish to save live changes, or use Draft from the product list to hide it from buyers.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
