How to view and manage orders on Oja

Before you start

Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.

Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps in order:

  1. Tap Orders in the bottom navigation.
  2. Use the tabs: Orders (all orders), Fulfillment (shipping-focused view), and Customers (buyer list).
  3. Use the search bar to find an order by number or customer name.
  4. Tap the filter icon to narrow by Order status (Pending, Processing, Completed, Cancelled, Refunded), Order channel (App, Offline, POS, Web, Social Media, etc.), or Date range (Today, This week, This month, This year). Tap Apply filters.
  5. Tap any order row to open Order details.
  6. Use the floating + button to Create order (record an offline sale).
  7. Long-press or use selection mode (when available) for bulk actions on multiple orders.
  8. If you minimized a draft order, tap the layers badge on the hero bar to restore it.

If something goes wrong

Try this first:

  1. Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
  2. Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
  3. Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
  4. Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
