How to view your merchant balance and withdraw funds

Check wallet balance, settlements, expenses, and request a withdrawal to your bank.

Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.

Follow these steps in order:

1. Open More → Finance & growth → Merchant balance.
2. On the Overview tab, see Total, Available, and Locked balances. Tap the eye icon to hide or show amounts.
3. Open Settlements to see money moving to your bank.
4. Open Expenses to track business costs recorded in Oja.
5. Open Withdrawals to request a payout.
6. Enter an amount (minimum ₦1,000). You can only withdraw up to your available balance.
7. Choose how to receive your OTP: Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (SMS/WhatsApp need a store phone on file).
8. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm. Funds show as pending until your bank confirms.

Try this first:

1. If withdrawal is blocked, add a payout bank account under Account profile first.
2. Complete KYC tiers if you see verification limits on withdrawals.
