What you will learn
Check wallet balance, settlements, expenses, and request a withdrawal to your bank.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- Open More → Finance & growth → Merchant balance.
- On the Overview tab, see Total, Available, and Locked balances. Tap the eye icon to hide or show amounts.
- Open Settlements to see money moving to your bank.
- Open Expenses to track business costs recorded in Oja.
- Open Withdrawals to request a payout.
- Enter an amount (minimum ₦1,000). You can only withdraw up to your available balance.
- Choose how to receive your OTP: Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (SMS/WhatsApp need a store phone on file).
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm. Funds show as pending until your bank confirms.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- If withdrawal is blocked, add a payout bank account under Account profile first.
- Complete KYC tiers if you see verification limits on withdrawals.
